The Anusara Yoga® tradition was founded by John Friend in 1997. This tradition combines elegant alignment principles with a Tantric philosophy that emphasizes the empowerment of the heart. The tantric philosophy celebrates our connection to the One Universal Spirit, an infinite wellspring of knowledge and bliss, the weave from which the fabric of life is ultimately spun.
